Interior Design

The training and development of dressage horses to a high level is a kind of artistic practice. One has to use all ones facilities to listen and respond to a horse in order to bring out their individual talents and abilities.

Interior design works in a similar way; to work with sensitivity and knowledge about materials and manufacturers, and to strive to establish harmony and accord between the client and the environment.

As an interior designer I focus on colors, structure and material. I take account of the location and character of the house and mix several different styles, both antique and modern.

My Projects

Thanks to strong contacts with craftsmen, designers and manufacturers I have been able to complete several large-scale interior design projects with clients who demand the highest quality.c

Together with my clients I try to find a thread that runs throughout the project which I often develop through a color scheme. It is important to help the client to find their own personal style.

I often use Swedish designers, craftsmen and producers in my projects, and draw on French and Italian materials and furniture.c

The use of quality material and craftwork is a characteristic of my work. I strive toward interiors that should be functional and beautiful, and that the outcome should last for many years to come.

Hästar

”Heslegårds Ronni”
167 cm gelding 2001. Sire Heslegårds Rubin

A smart horse with three excellent gaits. He is vigorous and full of charm and confidence. He is always willing to work and is easily taught. Performs good pirouettes, beautiful shoals, changes easily in series and works well in the passage.

Finally back to work and competition after a long convalescence from a virus infection. He would suit a Junior/Young rider.

”Faeldgårdens Perwoy”
170 cm gelding 1995. Sire Leuthen.
Grand Prix

A fantastic individual who still has his full power at 18. He is a big personality, extremely kind in handling but with a bright temperament.

He is a Rolls Royce among horses but can also show his nerves on the outside. He is as liked by the fourleged as by the two legged.

”Divine”
170 cm mare 2009. Sire Blu Hors Don Romantic-Lauries Crusade

A beautiful young mare of best Hannovarian breed with three very good gates . She leaves a strong impression, is full of energy and is always positive towards work

”Hoffa”
170 cm gelding 2010. Sire Blu Hors Hotline

A young horse always presumes the best. With an excellent exterior, radiation and super gaits he received 9 for his trot and 8,5 for his gallop and a diploma in the three-year test.

My work with Horses

I have trained and competed with over 20 horses for over 30 years. I was first involved in jumping, up to 1.35 meters, and since then, throughout the 1990s, I have been focused solely on dressage where I moved to Hogsta Ridanläggning and began training for Louise Nathhorst.

In 1991 I bought Russian-born Athletico who, with the help of Lussan Nathhors, I brought up to GP standard. We had several international triumphs, including at Falsterbo and Neumunster, and a WC final in Gothenburg (1996) where we won 9th place. We were part of the National Dressage Team from 1994 to 1997.

After my success with Athletico I have trained and competed several prominent horses such as ‘Karbin’, ‘Kaliber’, ‘Hamlet’, ‘Racing Ace’, ‘Radiant, ‘Jet Stream’, ‘Donna Prescelly’ ‘Chapman’, and not least ‘Faeldgårdens Perwoy’ or Leuthen who is still doing well at 18 years old!

I have always been interested in breeding and young horses. Throughout the years I have bought, trained and sold many horses, several to America, such as ‘Barcarole’ or Bernstein, ‘Gangster’ or Guinness and ‘Fabian’ or Fabriano.

Now I have two promising young horses for sale: ‘Divine’ ‘Blue Hors Don Romantic’ and ‘Hoffa’ Blue Hors Hotline. They are now undergoing training with Jonathan Medin who is a very skillful young horse trainer. I am currently focused on training ‘Perwoy’ and ‘Ronni’.
